About Cornwall Hospice
Hospice Cornwall provides end of life care in a home like setting to the residents of the City of Cornwall, Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry, as well as Prescott and Russell Counties.

Our Programs
Bereavement & Grief Support Groups
We offer regular support groups as well as a 6-week closed group session for family and caregivers who have lost a loved one.
Patient & Family Support
As part of the Hospice team they provide a reassuring presence to the resident and their support network in many different ways.
Palliative & Community Activities
We currently offer three different programs: the Palliative Day Program, the Volunteer Visiting Program, and Caregiver Support.

Volunteer Open House
Wednesday, April 19 at Carefor Hospice Cornwall
Have you considered volunteering, but are unsure of where to start? Are you looking to give back to your local community after the past few years?
We’re thrilled to share Carefor Hospice will be hosting a volunteer open house on Wednesday, April 19th from 9AM-12PM, and again from 5PM-8PM. Drop by the Hospice to learn more about volunteering, speak to some of our seasoned helpers, and apply to become an official hospice volunteer. There will also be light snacks available.

Hike for Hospice
Sunday, May 7 at Carefor Hospice Cornwall
After a three year pause, we’re thrilled to share the Hike for Hospice will be returning to the hospice on May 7th. Registration opens at 12:30PM, and the walk starts at 1:00PM.
