About Cornwall Hospice
Hospice Cornwall provides end of life care in a home like setting to the residents of the City of Cornwall, Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry, as well as Prescott and Russell Counties.
Hospice Cornwall is a vibrant place.
Our Programs
Bereavement & Grief Support Groups
We offer regular support groups as well as a 6-week closed group session for family and caregivers who have lost a loved one.
Patient & Family Support
As part of the Hospice team they provide a reassuring presence to the resident and their support network in many different ways.
Palliative & Community Activities
We currently offer three different programs: the Palliative Day Program, the Volunteer Visiting Program, and Caregiver Support.

Join the Seaway Valley Riders in their biggest fundraiser of the year! Pick up your pledge form at St. Lawrence Boulevard Pub at 1207 2nd St. in Cornwall. Kick stands up at 10:30AM from St. Lawrence Boulevard Pub. Auction and prize giveaways after the ride!

Cornwall Waterfest

Cornwall Waterfest is proud to support Cornwall Hospice by encouraging teams and individuals to pledge funds or make a donation. Festival attendees can also take part in a 50-50 draw and silent auction on the day of the event.
